You Sign Up
You will need to create an account as a first-time applicant. You can then login to start, update and track your application.
Complete the Application form
Fill the form through all stages providing the required information. Some of the fields ask direct questions which require information from your research protocol.
Upload Documents
Upload all required documents where they are requested.
Review and Submit Application
After double-checking the information and documents provided at the Preview stage, your application can now be submitted.
Track Progress
You will be able to check the progress of your application from your account. We also send updates at every stage via email on your account
Review Outcome
Your application will be reviewed and the outcome will be communicated to you immediately.
Fast and Convient
You don't have to come in-person to the office for the application process. We have adequate team committed to provide technical support if needed
